Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were neat and clean, and the price was great, offering a comfortable experience. However, there was a rancid odor in the room that spread to the hallway, affecting the ambiance. The service was welcoming, trying to address issues like old walls and bathroom door conditions. The location was convenient and close to attractions like the Air zoo, restaurants, and shopping. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with satisfactory breakfast but room for improvement. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided value for money.
The hotel had some noticeable issues like the strong cigarette smoke smell in the rooms but the service was friendly. The location was not ideal being next to a noisy airport and a sad pool area. The breakfast ended early, and the facilities were average.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a funny smell of smoke, though I had to sign a paper not to smoke inside - a bit ironic, right? The staff was working hard, even late into the night, and were very kind and accommodating. The location was convenient for various activities, but not as pleasant as it could have been. The dining options were limited, but the vegetarian couscous was delicious.
